A non-alcoholic Pilsner style beer that hits all the right notes. German hops and malts give this golden lager the classic crisp and quenching qualities that you know and love. A clean and malt forward delight, with just a touch of Noble hop character. It is immensely refreshing, and perfectly balanced.

Looks like a classic fizzy, yellow beer.
Not much on aroma, but that's true of the style, as well.
Tastes like one, too. The best NA I've had so far. And brewed by Zero Gravity in VT!

This was the first NA Pils I have ever tried, and it is a solid beer, almost indistinguishable from a normal Pils. Poured from a can into a 16oz glass, nice frothy head, color was golden, smell was cracker and spices, and taste was the same. A great NA Pils and I will definitely be drinking more!

I'm still ruminating about it. Well the taste score anyway. I had different impressions on each sip and they were all over the map. Definitely worth trying.

Canned 2022/02/21
Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with good retention, fair lacing, mostly clear golden straw color
Nose a straw wheat cereal grain with a bit of a non-barley grain addition, a bit of like stale bread
Taste brings more malt flavors and more of that not barley thing like sorghum but I know it's not, straw, stale bread again, almost no hop character, finishes dry with a bit of hop bitterness
Mouth is lighter bod, med carb
Overall not bad, def clearly an NA beer but not as bad as some of the others out there

Had this on 2022-12-28 near Pittsburgh, PA from a 12oz can
A - Almost clear gold with a 2-finger white head that sticks around leaving good lace.
S - Honey graham cracker and flowery spice.
T - Echoes the aroma with honey graham cracker, honeysuckle, lightly bitter. Clean
M - Light-medium body and medium carbonation. Refreshing.
O - Comes close to tasting like a real Pils. No NA off flavors in this one. Well done.

(12 oz can, A 3 CANNED ON: 04/14/22; purchased single off shelf... poured into a 14 oz mug)
L: mild-to-moderately hazy, golden-amber liquid; extra-tall swell of silken, creamy, tight, off-white foam... gloriously messy collar maintains after the head begins to break up; crystalline smattered lacing... looked fantastic, start to finish
S: idiosyncratic NA mild bread crust aromas, but more mellow, with no real nuances indicating a 'Pils', maybe a touch of lemony and/or floral/soapy hops... again, low potency, lacking an inviting intensity
T: ok, well, yeah maybe a bit more citrus zesty, vaguely peppery/spicy hopping than a normal NA pale lager take... by the second sip, it's apparent the hopping was well-executed, as the hops are relatively bold and on point for the style concept, complimenting the bready, grassy foundation, giving much color and needed flavor nuances, enhancing depth and contrast
F: lightly oily resins adding some plushness to the airy, curiously liquid bread-crumb textures... mellow lingering spicy warmth from the hops; silky residual film left on the palate
O: from the first sip, I knew this would be enjoyable... one of the better NA lager-mocks I've tried; Pils-like, but doesn't scream it... I could do a few of these (1994)

A: The beer is clear dark golden yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate "off" aromas - similar to what you would expect from a non-alcoholic beer - are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has some "off" flavors along with underlying notes of bready malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink. While the "off" aromas and flavors are a bit detracting, these at least subside to some degree as the beer warms up.
