Our easy-drinking, everyday American Lager — built for cookouts, ball games, long shifts, late nights, and everything in between. Crisp, clean, and brewed to keep you coming back for another sip.
We started this batch with a traditional cereal mash using jasmine rice and corn, cooking the adjuncts separately to fully gelatinize the starches and unlock that signature light body and smooth finish. Once the cereal mash was ready, we blended it back into the main mash with our pilsner malt and moved through a step mash schedule, gradually raising the temperature to maximize enzymatic conversion, fermentability, and overall drinkability.
The result is a lager that drinks light, finishes dry, and stays incredibly crisp without sacrificing flavor.
