Quickly dying head in which no lacing appears. Clear gold color.
Good Belgian yeast aroma. Slightly biting to the nose. There's a sudsy smell as well.
The malt is neutral with a follow-up bittering hop. The finish brings out the Saison flavors which extend into the long aftertaste. The body is a little weak and the carbonation is elevated but less than most Saisons. Tart aftertaste.
