Flowers are given in love and joy, celebration and commemoration, or just for the sake of it. Our wheat beer is as bright and vibrant as the most beautiful bouquet. Balancing the bold flavours of coriander seed and curaƧao orange peel with the gentle snap of Saaz and Tettnang hops, Flowers is a modern twist on a classic style, for any occasion.

I'd heard about this Project, but thought my chances slim of finding it...given their gipsy nature and me travelling lots. So as luck would have it, I found Queer's beers at the BAR stall at the Saturday Market in The Granary warehouse with about two dozen stalls near King Cross' Coal Drop. On tap. Fresh, very fresh.
Despite just having hired a brewmaster to head-up their own brewing plant, QBP and Flowers seems like they've quickly made the transition from their gypsy brewing beginnings. Flowers Looks like a wit, a full head that dissipates. But its aromatics are particularly good in that they attack with the fruit but finish with the flowers and lavender. Tastes largely follow, with some of the wit's traditional spicing mixed in. The finish interestingly approached semi-dry. Soft and medium-mouthed for a soft style.
I went on their website and it was professionally done for a youngster at heart. (The owner's partner does the marketing and must have a good sense of humour.) QBP now has their own plant, an adjoining taproom, acommunity, feel a professional brewer, good marketing and a one-and-only niche. I expect them to do well. Very good Overall Hugs.
