A beautiful golden colour with significant fruit flavours and moderate spice, soft malt characters and light body. IBU 20

At Chapter Two Brewing Company in nearby Windsor; chilled and on tap, pint glass. My first beer, a delicious introduction to the Windsor, Ontario brewery.

Pours a dark amber colour, not much of a head. Sweet and malty on the nose. The taste is also sweet, not a sign of the usual spicyness of a Belgian ale. The taste is good, mind you, but if they call it a Belgian Amber, I want the spicyness typical of the style. I would have rated It higher. Kind of a flat mouthfeel.
