Tried at the brewery in FB. Pours amber clear with trace white lacing. Faint city’s smell. Moderate hops. Minimal citrus flavor. Nice saison.

Excellent head retention; body is just a touch cloudy and the color of pale straw.
Dry-hopping doesn't really come through on the nose - or if so, it tends to blend with the overall rustic and barnyard-like aroma. I tend to associate a bit more bright freshness from dry-hopping a saison.
The hops do come through on the palate, however. Not at first; it's light, rustic, grainy, and slightly sweet, but halfway through the sip the hops add a bright green herbal character, along with very pleasant bitterness.
Crisp and lively; very drinkable. On the higher end for a normal Saison at nearly 7% ABV, this is nonetheless a pleasant and thirst-quenching Summer ale.
