On tap at Oscar's.
Beautiful copper tinged gold with a solid foamy cap. Great retention with solid drapes of lacing.
Nose is a solid walk through pine resin, grapefruit rind, and an almost creamy malt sweetness.
Flavor follows the nose and goes far beyond. The back and forth between the pine resin and the citrus notes are really fun. A lot of nuance in the rage of citrus and green resin.
Mouthfeel is key to the experience here. I am completely surprised by how fluffy this feels in spite of being nothing near a hazy. The finish is smooth and almost creamy in bringing the bitter.
