At the farm on a fairly warm July summer day, served in mug. Bright clear yellow gold with a substantial frosty 2 finger head that sticks around for a while and leaves great lacing. Bright and slightly doughy white bread, a little dry bread crust, and some bright lemon and floral hops that blend in with the malt very nicely. Taste follows the nose...both a little sweeter, but also a decent amount more bitterness than anticipated from the nose -- which is not a complaint, in fact, I really love it. Moderate to full body (amazing, considering the low abv) with a clean but not all that dry finish...so good and so perfect for the day and the setting.

Had on tap at Bayne’s Apple Valley, November 2022. Was noted on menu as “Pale Lager”.

Enjoyed from a can.
Pours a thin gold with impressive foam. Bready, crisp, with just enough hops.
I would gladly have another round of this one, if given the chance.
