Light golden color with a thick three-finger head with great retention and leaving good laces.
Good aroma full of grains, vanilla, white bread and lager creamy yeast.
Similarly, flavor with notes of grainy malt sweetness, a mix of grassy and floral hops, a hint of honey and a good deal of lager yeast.
Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness. It asks for another sip, though.
Light body with velvet carbonation.
Liquid bread with a decent malt bill. This felt super fresh and delivering a good drinkability. It sure matches the Brazilian taste for beers. I would love to see a hop forward version, taking opportunity of its good execution.
