This historic Polish style is unique because it is brewed with 100% oak-smoked wheat malt. Also known as Polish Champagne, this ale is a perfect introduction to smoked beers with a light body, crisp finish and hints of bacon and cracker.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a goblet.
Cloudy, pale straw colored body. Long lived white head. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of smoked malt, with hints of bacon.
Taste is a little sweet but also tangy from the wheat malt. Solid smoke component. All continue in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Made for style with a correct smoked wheat presence.
