Had on tap. Clear golden body with a finger of white foam. Citrus, banana and belgian yeast nose. Taste is the same but with some pear added, faint malt. Feel is very thin though, yeast is short lived, want more dynamics and body. A very fruity tripel

I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a tulip.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a tiny touch of haze and a minimal head of ivory foam. Still, a decent enough looking beer.
Smell: sweet with a malty character and a little bit of orchard fruitiness. Not too bad.
Taste: quite sweet with a bit of pear character and a light but present bitterness. At first it is good, but it starts to become a bit cloying with its high level of sweetness after a few sips. Not bad, but a bit sweet.
Mouthfeel: medium rich body with a decent level of carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: as I drink this glass, I find the syrupy sweetness to be too much — even for a tripel. Worth a try and probably great in a smaller pour, but too sweet for 12oz.
