Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a two finger head; decent retention and some clumps and shards of lace
Smell: Oaky, with an herbaceous aspect; bread tones along with some corn
Taste: Bread and corn forward with an earthy, herbal character developing; a bitter, slightly smoky aspect to the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I guess I am glad not to have been a beer drinker in the south prior to prohibition as I am not really a fan of this
