Riverbend Cumberland Pilsner & Carolina Rye with Hallertau Blanc hops. Foudre fermented in cherrywood with locally foraged yeast. Aged in oak with a blend of our foraged house mixed cultures for seventeen months. Rested on second use Balaton cherries & gin botanicals.
