Our farmhouse pale ale. Basecamp & Appalachian wheat from Riverbend. Fermented inside our cherrywood foudre with our house foraged wild yeast. Hopped with a heavy dose of Audacia in the kettle with a light dry hop of Cascade, Nelson Sauvin & Wakatu.
