Appearance: Pours a fairly clear, rich golden body with an inch of near-white froth.
Smell: A breadiness generously dipped in golden syrup. Smelling of melty hard candy, fruity hop hints with some blended tropical puree tones and light herbaceousness.
Taste: Fairly sweet, honestly. Sugary element, upfront with a tinge of treacle and white bread with an ultra light hint of grain. Candied orange peel snippets, fresh-cut papaya, over-steeped black tea and a bit of pine. Medium-plus bitterness. Has a flash of final sweetness prior to the drying, bittered finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.
