Appearance: Clear amber, fluffy off white head with good retention.
Aroma: Malty - bready, toast, light caramel. Herbal/spicy hops
Flavor & Aftertaste: Malt forward - bready, toasty, grains. Spicy hops. Medium sweet. Restrained bitterness. Clean fermentation.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body. No astringency. Soft. Low carbonation. Medium length finish with a slight trailing bitterness.
Overall: This is a very underrated brewery out of Atlanta. Very much nails Czech Amber Lager. Nice deep amber color with persistent head. Malt forward with rich complexity. Saaz hops nicely featured. Lager sweetness but hops bitterness is enough to provide proper balance. Clean fermentation profile. Light to medium body, no hint of thinness. Very hard to pick this at this one. Needs to be part of their regular rotation. Well crafted.

Appearance: Serves up a medium amber body, nearly clear with a goodly-sized, near white head.
Smell: V-11 displays a nice, rich bready malt character with a tenuous caramelly accent in the background. Soft, subtle herbal hop hints.
Taste: As with the aroma, it delivers a pleasant maltiness that's toasty, bready and housing a little bit of caramel, but it isn't quite sweet. Spicy, herbal hops provide a balancing bitterness. Closes out crisp, clean and lightly drying.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Very nice amber lager.
