Look: Clear, pale, straw gold, fluffy white head with good retention. Slow rising bubbles.
Smell: Floral hops
Taste: Floral, spicy hops, moderately sweet, restrained bitterness.
Feel: Light to medium bodied, soft with medium length clean finish.
Overall: Admittedly, the name of the beer is a bit of a turnoff. Initial review by fellow GA BA Chain Gang Guy had me worried. I'm guessing the brewer has tweaked it since, as I didn't find any off flavors or aromas. Was not sure I was going to like a "pale" Kolsch with "Instant" in the name. I do like it for what it is - a lighter, lower ABV Kolsch style beer with a floral hops aroma and floral and spicy hops flavor. It doesn't have the grainy/bready note I like in a lot of these. It gives a sweet impress but drinks and finishes dry with a restrained but noted bitterness. It tastes good, it's light and drinkable, and low abv; which makes it a good choice for warmer months or cookouts/tailgating. I'm always on the lookout for lower abv beers that have flavor and character. If you are looking for a fuller bodied Kolsch with some bitterness, this will not do. Otherwise, I'll revisit it for sure, to note if it stays consistent.

Super light and refreshing. Drank on site at the beer garden. Light head dissipates fast. Light apples and pears. Absolutely fantastic. A little oily finish that I like.

Oh, brother. Seems like it was chewed to pieces like a wayward pitbull by some added enzyme like a BSG's Amylo 300 or some such nonsense. Oddly dry, odd-tasting, unpleasant.
