Tecolote is a next-level taste of Mexico that is honest, refreshing, and meant to be shared with your compañeros at the local cantina. A Vienna-style lager masked like a luchador as a Mexican lager, El Tecolote is packed with Lupulin-concentrated Lemondrop hops for an extra citrusy punch. The malty body with a rich, amber hue goes down smoothly and finishes light and crisp. Echar la chela!
Tecolote is a Nahuatl word for ‘owl’ and brewed in collaboration with The Companion restaurant in Atlanta.

Appearance: Pours a dark golden (near-to-light amber) body with a full-sized, off-white head.
Smell: A nice albeit light-leaning breadiness with a very subtle toasty aspect and background hint of lager yeast.
Taste: Bready, gently toasted with a thin brush of malt sweetness and very, very light hint of earthy-sweet corn. Nominal hop character, subtly floral, earthy with a low amount of imparted bitterness. Gently drying, gently bready finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A pleasant, easy-drinking lager.

Very light in color with little carbonation.
Notes of strawberry, and vanilla. It’s pretty light bodied. But it’s pretty decent for a sipping beer.
