Léto Pils is brewed using undermodified Czech Pilsner malt and Saaz hops, the noblest of Czech hops. We decocted the mash as per tradition then fermented and lagered at extra cold temperatures for a crisp, highly golden Czech-style Pilsner.

Smell: Cracker-like malt.
Taste: Cracker-like and toasty malt. Herbal/spicy hops. Dry. Low bitterness.
Feel: Medium bodied. Drying.
Overall: Crisp and clean. Drying start to finish. Perfect spicy/herbal flavor from Saaz hops. Niced and refreshing. Well-crafted beer.
