West Coast IPA, Simcoe Hopped. Bright notes of citrus and stone fruit with a deep piney finish. Brewed in memory of our head brewer’s dog, who he and his wife were fortunate to have as part of their family for the last 14 years. Cheers.

32oz crowler. Poured out a cloudy, dark orange color with amber highlights and a small, tan head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of citrus, grapefruit, resin and caramel. Big piney bitterness with toasted caramel and a citrusy kick.
