On draught at the brewery. It pours a pretty amber-orange color with a thin, ecru-colored head and modest lacing. The nose is mostly sweet malt with some soft citrus and pine notes. The taste opens with sweet, bready malt balanced by strong, resinous pine sap. The fruit, including tart lemon and grapefruit and sweeter caramel, tangerine and candied fruit, emerges as it warms. The mouth feel is viscous with lite/moderate carbonation, and it drinks big for 10.3% ABV. Overall, Eleventy-First IPA is ambitious and fine in the style of a malty, bitter India Pale Ale. I liked it but I don't discern the New Zealand hops referenced on the menu.

On draft at Last Flight. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange peel, grapefruit and a strong piney presence. Strong piney taste with sweet fruitiness, caramel, toffee and a boozy finish.
