Brewed with our friend Leland in memory of his pup Loki, this golden ale was brewed with beechwood-smoked malt, rye, and finished with maple. It’s flavorful and easy to drink, and it’s a little smoky, a little spicy, and finished with subtle maple.

Draft at Last Flight. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace. It smelled of sweet caramel, subtle smokiness, toffee and bread crust. Sweet caramel and toffee with a fairly strong smoked malt.
