Inspired by a good friend of Last Flight, this traditional Gose (sour wheat ale w/ sea salt and coriander) was fermented with 30 lbs of whole blackberries, lending an incredible color and fruitiness. It’s light, tart, and delicious.

Draft at Last Flight. Poured a clear, dark red color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of blackberry, lemon and caramel. Sweet fruity taste with blackberry tartness and a touch of caramel.
