I had this on draft 5/20/23 @ Seedz.

Caramel, light roast coffee bean, a hint of oak / woods, and a clean finish. A nice doppelbock; I'd have another!

Appearance - The beer was rusty brown with a huge white pillowy head.

Smell - The nose was a huge bouquet of rusted malts.

Taste - This was among the best domestic doppelbocks I have had. There profile was dark roasted malted. It was like liquid dark bread. The malts lingered in the finish.

Mouthfeel - The viscosity gave this beer some staying power.

Overall - This beer is elite for the style. I hope Seedz cans it one day.
