Pours a light mahogany color with a light tan head . Smell is barley ,Oates chocolate and mellow smoke . Taste is good smoke is is present and does not overpower ,chocolate malts or notes of toffe ,caramel. A soft mouth feel with light smoke ,thought it was very good.

750ml crowler. Filled on '04 22 2021'.
Deep brown colored body, with mahogany backlit edge. Full tan foam head, reduces to a cap. Leaves some rings of lacing.
Aroma has campfire smoke, with a hint of smoked meat. In the background there is a bit of sweet malt and chocolate.
Taste follows with the chocolate malt intruding into and mixing with the smoked malt flavors. Behind the smoke is some sweetness. Flavors fade into the aftertaste.
Some thinness, but the total experience is a medium mouth feel. Has a spicy note. Good carbonation.
Solid and good beer from a new brewery. Not overly complex but hits all the standard notes of the style.
