750ml crowler can. Label is marked '7/7/21' for fill date.
Clear, deep gold colored body. Two finger white head, which sticks around as a thick cap. Leaves behind some tendrils of lacing.
Aroma of smoked pork from the oak and beechwood smoked malts. Also has a fruity funk note.
Taste has more of the dry saison yeast and fruit flavors, with some of the smoked malt notes in the background.
Medium mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
Very easy drinking and surprisingly refreshing beer, considering the smoked malt notes. The fruity flavor, along with the dryness, bring forth an urge to continue sipping repeatedly.
