At the tap room, this one is advertised as a gose made with cucumber, cantaloupe, dill, and sea salt. Served in a snifter. Looks good: dense bright orange, no head. Nose and taste are true to the description, striking a good balance. Fairly substantial body and flavor profile for such a low abv. Refreshing on a humid and sunny August afternoon on their patio.
Fairly good, but not great. Some nice ingredients come through well, but…Don’t know if I want a sweeter gose, but there’s something that is just a little bit less than great about this one…hard to put my finger on exactly what.
