Tap pour at the tap room. Served chilled in a snifter glass.
Black colored body with a beige head that slowly becomes a thin cap and high ring. Leaves behind large spots of lacing.
Aroma of chocolate roasted malts and minor citrus hops.
Taste is roasted malts and citrus hops, with flavors of chocolate,orange, pine, and a bit of chicory. Mellow blend in the aftertaste, with an ending bite.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth and coats the mouth. Very good carbonation.
True to style, and well balanced.
