16oz can. Label has canning date of 3/5/25.
Cloudy, unfiltered pale gold colored body. Lots of carbonation, and a little escaping foam upon opening. Big pillowy head which collapses to a creamy cap. The initial pour leaves behind puffy segments of lacing.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt, coriander spice, and a little citrus.
Taste is wheat malt with tanginess, tartness from the lemon and grapefruit, and distinct coriander spice. Citrus bitterness in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Some mouth stinging. Overly carbonated.
Integrated combination of citrus, spice, and wheat.
