Deep, rich chocolate flavor with smooth barrel character and low roast. This imperial stout has spent 15 months in a variety of barrels including 1792, WLW, OWA, Buffalo Trace, and Elijah Craig. Blend 1 is straight forward non-adjunct. This beer was brewed with Ellison Brewing + Spirits in East Lansing, MI as part of the BSP membership.
