Aroma has notes of chocolate and coffee with hints of tobacco spiciness. Appearance is a deep brown, slightly translucent, with a tan head. Mouthfeel is light and crisp, thin bodied with a medium carbonation. Flavor is rich with dark chocolate and tobacco spice, giving way to a mild bitterness that transitions into a smooth, creamy finish.

Crowler can purchased at the taproom. No dating information found for fill date.
Ruby brown colored body. Tan head is initially three fingers deep but rapidly retreats to scattered islands and ring. Leaves behind some horizontal strings of lacing.
Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate, with a touch of tobacco. A deeper whiff gets a bit of dark roast coffee.
Taste has more of the flavor of roast coffee, along with milk chocolate. Bittering, almost acrid, note at the end, and the tobacco shows up late. Has a real blend of sweetness, dark roast, and bitterness. All flavors trail off quickly in the aftertaste.
Thinner mouth feel, with a slight metallic note. The bitterness does not lead to tongue numbness. Good carbonation.
Good style rendition with the dark body color and the bittersweet flavors.
