Off Hwy 5 and Powers Blvd. in a suburban mall area that sits by itself on the Northwest side . It’s a large building that houses a big coffee shop and brewery . Plenty of tables inside and out with a good sized patio for warmer weather , They have flights and my wife got a coffee drink . The beer is good with several styles had a BA stout on while there . Place has a rustic cabin feel to me while still being modern. If in the area i would stop again . Jersey mikes and Taco Bell nearby in same shopping area.

I dropped by on a very slow Friday summer night . Very quiet, but the space, if you assume me generic suburbia, is totally fine. Tried two beers and had small samples of two others — two of them were okay, the dubbed and the imp stout, and two weren’t, an neipa and the weizenbock. Staff was nice and helpful…not super knowledgeable, but didn’t act otherwise. Decently diverse offerings — some lagers, some ipas, an imp stout, a wheat, but also a braggot, a weizenbock, etc — would prefer they nailed a few styles instead of trying a bunch, but maybe be this is just what the good people of Chan want and need. I won’t go out of my way to come back, but I’m glad they’re here.

About a mile down the road from Paisley Park for tourists. Been here a couple of times. I was not too impressed the first time but a year later the beer really has improved and I would recommend people check the place out. The decor and layout of the brewery is nothing that hasn't been done a thousand times by taprooms the world over but it is comfortable with a variety of seating. A modest parking lot patio for warm weather. They have stuff on-tap that follows the trends, but I did find a couple more traditional beers that I found enjoyable. The pilsner was very well done. The weizenbock was a little weird. My buddy really liked the smoked wheat beer, enough that he bought a crowler. Service was excellent.
Edit: I had gotten a bottle of the BA Stout for latter and it was really good. Worth the $20.

The beer is reasonably priced, new brews regularly, the staff is helpful and attentive, the place is nice and spacious with the kind of subdued vibe that I look for in a bar (dimmed lights, dark colored decor, no music blasting...)
