On draft at the source. Second beer that I have ever drank from this brewery.
Appearance: Golden bodied beer with white head. Lots of lacing from the creamy head on the beer.
Smell: Doughy and bready malt.
Taste: Lightly sweet bready and doughy malts. Light little toastiness as well from the grain bill. Lager is clean and not too expressive which is great because this beer style is all about the malt.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Creamy carbonation and texture. Crazy drinkable beer. Crispy, clean, very refreshing.
Overall: This is how I want my Festbier! Its perfect. No need to change anything about this beer.
