Crystal clear pale golden with abundant foam in the tall IPA glass. Pleasant aroma of grass and dry weeds. It's quite dry with a hint of malty, cereal flavors. Tastes of dark biscuits with a resiny finish. Distinct bitterness in the aftertaste. Along with the dry sensation it's rather austere, but makes for a sudsy, thirst-quenching experience. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 12/04/25.

Beautiful light gold color, fluffy white head. Solid retention, minuscule lacing.
Nose and flavor both carry a lush wet grass to start. Then a dry, almost peppery herbal start before hints of citrus zest. But overall a firmly dry bitterness smooths out a crackery grain sweetness.
Mouthfeel is game on.
