A barrel aged saison brewed with Vic Secret and Mandarina Bavaria Hops and blended with Mango and Blood Orange.

Poured from a 750 into a pint glass
Look: hazy pale orange with a thick white head
Smell: farmyard funk, mango, citrus, and oak
Taste: Big farmyard funk on the attack. This smooths out to a clean mango and tangerine body. Notes of hay, clove, vanilla, oak, mango, and light champagne vinegar.
Feel: Quenching at first but then dries out on the finish. Clean and yet bursting with flavor. The only hiccup is the carbonation is strange. It’s there just slightly and dissipates on the tongue quickly.
Overall: A well brewed and tasty BA Saison from these brewers. I just wish the carbonation was more present.
