I was pretty excited that there was a Brett Saison on tap , in fact that's what made me want to go to this brewery. While I could detect some of the Brett funkiness, I was punched in the mouth with the overwhelming citrus. Grapefruit I think, not really the promised peach. Disappointing,but maybe there is time for this brewery to grow into more subtle flavours. Let's hope.
