This was my first beer when visiting the brewery. Cool location inside and out. Was there for the Knights opener in October 2022 and a work conference. This district is my new fave part of Las Vegas, a town I pretty much find to be very overrated (bias, I'm from up north).
Pours a golden color with ample clarity but rough in terms of head formation and retention, quickly hit those 1/5" white head minimalist depths if you will or won't. The aroma is a mixture of traditional (Hallertau) and kind of traditional (Cascade). Hit the bricks aroma hops.
The taste is good middle of the road bittering floral rind hop effect and golden waves of two row grain. The Cascade addition might result in a bigger hop feel to some lager purists. Its was pretty neutral. The mouthfeel ticks a good dry and light direction. Carbonation was better than the appearance gave evidence of. Knights got the win. This was a good first beer experience at a brewery I never heard of.
There was some straight up heroin addicts in here, but they were pretty cool and not bothering anyone (but the servers).
