A: Pours a perfectly clear golden/yellow color. A one finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: A very neutral aroma. Light toasted malts and cereal grains. While not bad, it could be more aromatic.
T: Sweet cereal grains that are lightly toasted. A cooked corn, DMS like quality. A bit overly simplistic, even for me.
M/O: A light body that is crisp and effervescent. Not hard to drink at all, I can come back to this pretty easily if in the mood for something very simple.
I'm always a less is more kind of guy, but the simplicity mixed with some light DMS like character detracts just a bit. Looking beyond that, this is not bad at all, and a nice enough offering for what it is trying to be.
