Copenhagen 4/10 2021. 33 cl tall slim can from Dinøl web-shop (dinol.dk). Graffiti style painting with a whole lot of love and hearts on the can.
Pours murky burgundy with a mid-sized pink head. A bit bubbly. Disappears more or less leaving a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor of dark berries mingling with a sour scent. Blueberries and blackberries. Sweet coconut. Sour yogurt and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, a bit viscous, slightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Quite the fruit and veggie jam. Not too sweet and fairly dry.
