It's a transparent amber with a white head and a malty flavor. The mouthfeel isn't terrible and the sweetness overpowers much of the hops. I'd try this again.

Served on tap in a 16 oz (473 ml) conical pint glass at Modern Snack Bar in Aquebogue, NY.
A: Pours a crystal clear, amber color with a one finger, light wheat color head, solid cap retention, and sticky rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of bread dough, hard to characterize citrus, and overripe peach.
T: More semisweet than semidry. Like the nose, lightly fruity but also solidly malty. Subtle bitterness.
M: Light bodied with moderate but persistent carbonation.
O: Very enjoyable. Definitely a pale ale for lager drinkers.
