Macaw practices the Israeli martial art of Krav Maga, a brutal, practical, no nonsense, practical, brutal, no nonsense fighting style that requires only mesh gym shorts and a “Tapout” tee shirt. K.M.M. also enjoys quoting Dane Cook standup at the absolutely most inappropriate times, and keeps talking about how he’s going to start his own security company someday so he can protect female pop singers from stalkers and eventually win their hearts through his quiet strength. Krav Maga Macaw is bursting with aromas and flavors of orange sherbet, fresh pineapple, and light grapefruit. Vibrant, bright, no nonsense and practical.

A: Pours a milky murky pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate peach + apricot + golden honey + orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy creamy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/orange, tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/mango hops over the top of light aromas of biscuit + oat malts with a light amount of lactose-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of biscuit + oat malts with a light amount of lactose-like sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/orange, tropical/pineapple, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/mango hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering citrus + tropical hops flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol with a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Refreshing and very enjoyable - I could easily have a couple of these in a session (though they might sneak up on me). Nice combination of citrus + tropical hop flavors and aromas.
