Had on tap at Precarious Beer Project in downtown Colonial Williamsburg.
Nice yellow hazy DIPA pour. Soft foamy white head that dissipates with decent lacing and a nice white halo. Nose is prominent despite super chilled draft pour. Taste is equally prominent. I thought the Idaho 7 and Strata were too big vs the Citra ( for my taste). Nothing wrong…but just not my favorite hops, and to me a bit overstated. Body was a nice smooth creamy feel with gently bright carbonation. Nicely done.
Overall a nice fresh DIPA. Glad I tried but hop bill just not likable enough to repeat.
