Appearance: On tap at the brewery. Cloudy gold. Almost no foam.
Aroma and Taste: Strawberries and cream. A donut filled with strawberry jam and dusted with confectioners sugar. A strawberry pastry drizzled with icing. You get the idea. Also some white chocolate.
Feel: Light bubbles and feel. Carbonation could have been a little higher to add some fun.
Overall: Exactly as advertised. Maybe try a small pour as this one is quite rich.
Pairing: I didn't get the chance, but it would naturally be great with an actual strawberry donut or strawberry corn flake cereal. It might also be good with vanilla ice cream.
