pretty flamingo pink color to this and the fruit part is nice, but objectively speaking, this is one of the worst beers i have had this year, the fermentation is totally off, chemical and plastic, soapy and phenolic, incomplete and sweet, the yeast is either way too hot, totally stressed by something else, or just bad, this really has a rotten finish to it, and i try to finish the glass to be polite at the bar here, but its really hard to do. it shows a little belgian character, but its way past that, and i cant save it even at my most generous. a shame because the wheat is light and bright here, the fruit isnt too sugary and seems relatively natural, and the carbonation is pleasant, like it has a lot going for it, but this isnt a subtle off flavor, this is a mess, and when it hits towards the end it hits hard, its all i can taste for way too long, i burp it up for hours, and i desperately want this to be a whole lot better than it is. i can almost still taste it now, its burned into my tongue. a disappointment to say the least, and frankly this place isnt going to last very long if this is the kind of beer they are putting out. unforgivably bad.
