Had this last night at the brewery. Pours a nice clear yellow color with good head and good curtain lacing. Classic saison flavor signature with a pleasant and refreshing backdrop of cucumber. The cucumbers were grown on the brewery grounds. It has a slightly sweet and funky smell. Very nice beer and great with pizza and gumbo ( had it again today).
