12 oz can poured into a standard pint glass.
L - Pours an opaque (foggy), orange hazy color with a generous finger of soapy, white head that lingers throughout the session and leaves a good lacing.
S - Piney hops, citrus rind, lemon zest, slightly grassy, tropical fruit, a little bit of honey sweetness as well.
T - Follows the nose with piney hops up front, citrus rind, honey, pineapple, biscuit malt, the bitterness of the hops is balanced with juicy, fruity notes with an astringent alcohol bite towards the end.
F - Light-to-medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drinkable, and finishes fairly clean.
O - I picked this up as a "Seattle-inspired" beer in honor of the Seahawks playing in the Super Bowl and to try something a little different from a local brewery. This is a nice, balanced hazy IPA that offers a hoppy bite alongside juicy fruit and malty notes. Would buy again.
