West Coast Double IPA with Mosaic
The return of one of the OG beers from our first can release! We tweaked the recipe a little bit by creating a bit of a lighter, leaner malt profile, we then calculated out a louder, punchier hop flavor and gave it a mondo dry hop to create big powerful aromatics, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our hand selected Mosaic is really expressing itself beautifully!

Throwback west coast, brilliantly clear and glowing gold. Berry notes up front, with some candied orange and fruit purée. It’s all hop flavor on the sip, with minimal malt. Green onion, catty (in a good way) notes emerge as it warms. Drinks clean and sharp. I like it.

On tap at Redfield Cider Bar, served in a thin glass tumbler. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a frothy head of stark white foam and nice lacing. Bold aromas of melon, tropical and stone fruit, leaning dank and savory (papaya, cantaloupe and cucumber). Flavor continues from the nose with definite dank, resinous and bitter notes. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. A big and boldly hopped DIPA presenting a spectrum and aromas and flavors.
