We are excited to bring you batch 2 of Beautiful Breakdown, this batch brings in a more fruit forward hop profile and a soft/creamy mouthfeel due to the bigger wheat additions in the mash. We brought in some new 2021 crop Motueka and combined that with our selected Simcoe, the aroma is screaming white gummy bear, lime and fresh citrus.

Nelson and Simcoe combine for the win. It’s hazy, but just slightly. Light white grape on the nose is balanced by the Simcoe contributions. Some pine and green onion. Moderate bitterness on the drying finish. This is another winner.
