Unfiltered Double IPA
Hopped immensely with our selected Citra and a touch of Mosaic. This beer is inspired by our favorite brewer steez: the double cuff. A big shout out to Tim Clifford for being the first one on my radar to pioneer this style in breweries. During my time working at the forever amazing Sante Adairius Rustic Ales, I have adapted to the double cuff style and will rock it til the end.
