Hopped with Citra, Nelson & Centennial.
Creek Park is back! With a re-vamped design of the original label :) Hopped to the nines with a selection of our favorites. This beer contains all the tropical fruit, resin, and citrus we want in a true West Coast IPA.

This is a stomach bunker-buster. There is a lot going on flavor wise towards the end, with a lot of tropical notes scattered about. Just a slight bit much of alcohol burn though.

Pours a deep yellow with a clear transparency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is tropical fruits, and citrus that shuffle along quickly. Really lovely, plump start with the aroma. Flavor profile is tropical fruits with some orange right in the middle, then shifts back to tropical fruits. It's not juicy, but it does lean into tropical fruits. Mouth feel is fuzzy in texture, with a filling, medium thickness. Overall, a tropical fruit forward IPA that delivers a clean, semi-dry drinking experience.

Draft. Reviewed from notes.

Sweet and piney tropical hoppy, white wine grape, and orange citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean, tropical hoppy, slightly malty, and piney-citrus bitter swallow. As it warms, some hoppy bitterness lingers on the palate. This is a tasty single westie...good stuff!
